My New Thing
I love my wallpaper…field of tulipsI am so happy, for the other day, my hubby gave me his I think advanced valentines day gift..hahaha, a new laptop. I actually featured this one on my other blog and I’ve actually included its specifications as well. Well, it might not be that fancy, but I’m very much ok with this, given the fact that its my hubby’s gift and it would serve its purpose by the way of course. We had made some changes on some things on it like the operating system, we put an XP Pro on it (never really liked Vista) and we added another 512 for the RAM for it to be on 1Gb but the rest are just as is. Now, my son and I wont have to fight over my hubby’s laptop anymore. Thanks to my love.

Ground Pork with Potatoes
This is like one of the easiest food that I have learned to cook, of course the recipe is courtesy of my sis in law C.A. Tque and she was the one who teached me how to cook this as well. It’s called Giniling with Patatas (Ground Pork with Potatoes). I also love to eat this with catsup.
GROUND PORK AND POTATO DISH
4 cloves well-crushed garlic
1 large/ 50 grams minced red onion
½ kg shoe-string cut potato
3 cups water
4 tsps soy sauce or 1 block of pork cubes (which i prefer by the way)
½ kg ground lean pork
¼ tsp ground black pepper
¼ cup soy sauce

Weeks ago Ive been experiencing constant headaches. I had my eyes checked and found out that I had problems, probably because I often sit at the front of the computer all the time. Well, that is what my job requires and at home I do blogging as well. A friend advised me that I should check out this website that caters to prescription glasses for only $8. Weekend Snapshot
My son enjoying the sand last Saturday at Paradise Island resort, his daddy finally gave in after weeks of my son requesting his daddy to go swimming. Cant wait actually, when we got there, he didn’t even mind getting into his trunks yet, he just took his slippers and shirt off and played.
Great Weekend
I was happy to know that our Work On Rest Day at work is finally over last week, so I took advantage of the 2 days off. Friday night I took the time to do bloghopping on my 2 blogs and do some comments and stuff. Saturday, we all woke up early and went to the beach (Paradise Island), my hubby was actually in the mood to go swimming. After, we went to the mall to do some groceries for the house and bought 3 good movies to watch ( Rush Hour 3, Rendition & The Hunting Party) so my hubby and I slept really late and watched the 3 movies in a row. Now, today we spent the whole day just relaxing at home. we took a nap just hours after lunch and I cooked dinner.
It is indeed so nice to have 2 days off in a week especially if you’re working on a environment with a high stress level. It is always nice to look forward. Tomorrow is going to be a new day, a new week of continuing battles in life.
